Basic Terms:

•Consignment with our company requires signing and agreeing to the consignment contract details.

•The Company may decide whether to accept an item for consignment or recycling without giving reasons.

•All items must be authenticated by our company before they can be put on the shelves. Our company reserves the right to interpret the authentication results and refuses to assist in the sale of counterfeit goods. If the buyer authenticates the product through a professional organization and has a certificate to verify that it is a counterfeit, our company reserves the right to notify the customs and seek compensation.

•When the Company accepts an item for consignment, it does not guarantee that the item can be sold successfully.

•The handling fee is a percentage of the selling price, 10% for items below 50,000 and 8% for items 50,000 or more. The consignor agrees to the fee by signing this contract.

•If the goods are damaged during transportation or storage, 50% of the price of the goods will be calculated as compensation. However, the consignor shall not request the company to make additional compensation based on the rarity, uniqueness, commemorative nature, appreciation potential, sentimental value or other reasons of the goods.

•The Company is not responsible for any loss of the goods consigned by the consignor caused by force majeure (such as war, civil unrest, natural disasters, etc.).

•The Company may amend the "Consignment Contract" when necessary and notify the consignor in the prescribed manner and time. Unless otherwise specified, the updated terms shall take effect upon publication without the need to sign a separate contract. If the consignor still consigns the goods to the Company for consignment, it shall be deemed that he agrees and accepts the revised terms.

•If there is any dispute, the company has the final right of interpretation of the "Consignment Contract".

Special Terms:

•All losses are subject to the signing of the consignment contract. If any discrepancy is found during delivery, the company has the right to change the consignment price.

•If you stop consignment for any reason, you must notify us to remove the product from the shelves. If our reputation or financial losses are caused by failure to notify us in time, the company reserves the right to pursue legal action.

•If we do not receive a reply from the consignor regarding the delivery time within 24 hours, our company will have the right to terminate the transaction.

•After receiving the order, the delivery must be completed within the agreed time and the transaction must be carried out at the place designated by the company. Failure to deliver on time or giving up delivery for any reason will be deemed as abandonment of the order and the company will no longer list this product.

•All delivery methods are subject to the return terms specified by the company.

•If the product is successfully sold, the company will notify the consignor on the same day and transfer the payment within 7 days.
